In these Terms, references to “HH” shall mean Harikesahomams.com, the company; “HH member" shall mean the end user accessing the Website/mobile app, its contents or using the Services offered.
The terms "You" and "User" shall be interchangeably used for "HH member". "HH Services" means a collective reference to the service provided by Harikesahomams.com, a sole proprietor organisation, having its principal place of business at No 9/3 Veeraraghavan Street, Nanganallur Chennai 600 061, Tamil Nadu.
You understand and acknowledge that Harikesahomams.com (HH) owns, retains, and has complete rights in HH and the HH Website /App/ HH Service.
You understand and acknowledge that homams are rituals performed based on various sources like vedas, agamas, ancient texts, panchangams, etc., and a subject matter of different interpretations. Homams are generally performed for the benefit and good of society in general and sometimes tailored for the benefit of individuals, families etc. HH performs homams in good faith assuming positive and beneficial results will accrue to participants but cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results for individuals, families participating in such homams performed by HH, either for free on its website or as Paid Services accessible from its website/mobile app.
HH users agree to use secure devices, software and networks in a private place for accessing the HH services.
You shall also not make any payment / transfer any amount to the account of any HH employees. All payments shall be made only to HH account through the payment gateway provided in the website/mobile app.
HH users are expected to approach HH to resolve their complaints and grievances and shall not air their grievance/complaints in social media.
